    Ingredients
      • 2  lbs ground chicken
      • 1  cup panko breadcrumbs
      • ½  cup grated yellow onion
      • 2  lg eggs
      • ¼  cup whole milk
      • 1  tsp garlic powder
      • 1  tsp smoked paprika
      • 1  tsp salt
      • ½  tsp black pepper
      • 2  tbsp oil (for baking) or cooking spray
      • 1  cup Flavortown OG Buffalo Wing Sauce
    Directions
    1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
    2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, milk, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
    3. Scoop about 2-3 tablespoons of the meatball mixture and roll into balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly brush the meatballs with oil.
    4. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
    5. While the meatballs are in the oven, warm the buffalo sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
    6. Once cooked, transfer the meatballs to a bowl and toss with the warmed buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
