2 lbs red potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges

3 tbsp olive oil

1½ tbsp Flavortown All Purpose Seasoning

- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil and All Purpose Seasoning until evenly coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes, then flip each wedge over. Continue roasting for another 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving with dipping sauce of choice.
