
Bada-Boom Chicken & Bacon Pizza

          1 lbs store-bought pizza dough 
- 
          2 tsp olive oil 
- 
          1 cup shredded or chopped rotisserie chicken 
- 
          6 ea strips of bacon 
- 
          3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 
- 
          ½ cup thinly sliced red onion 
- 
          ½ cup Flavortown Donkey Sauce 
- 
          1 ea thinly sliced green onion for topping 
Bada-Boom Chicken & Bacon Pizza

- Preheat oven to 425˚F.
- Chop bacon, then cook in a skillet until browned and crispy. Remove from the skillet with a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate lined with paper towel.
- Stretch the pizza dough into a circle about 12-14 inches in diameter and transfer to a pizza pan or inverted baking sheet.
- Parbake the crust for 3-4 minutes. Remove from oven and top with a drizzle of olive oil, then top with mozzarella cheese, red onion, chicken and ¾ of the bacon.
- Return to the oven and bake for 8-12 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then drizzle with Donkey Sauce and top with green onions and remaining bacon.
