1 lg head of cauliflower, cut into florets

1 cup all purpose flour

¼ cup cornstarch

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp salt

1 cup water

1 cup Flavortown Sizzlin’ Asian Wing Sauce, for coating

- Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Add the water and whisk until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then allow any excess to drip off. Transfer the cauliflower to the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and flip each floret. Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the cauliflower is crisp and golden brown.
- Let the cauliflower cool slightly, then transfer to a large bowl and toss in the wing sauce until well coated. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
